WHO WE ARE
We’re a church family in Hammersmith whose foundation is built on the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Our Passion lies in seeing the Kingdom of God come with power among our congregation and local community. We strive to make the Lord Jesus Christ’s name known so that all people will be saved before He returns. We aim to uphold the Godly standards set out for us in the Word of God.
OUR LEADERSHIP
BISHOP WILLIAM & PETURINA ELLIS
I repented of my sins and surrendered my life to Jesus in January 1980, having received 3 revelations from the Lord Jesus and was baptised. I was as filled with the Holy Ghost on 5 April 1980.
I was Pastored by the Late Pastor S.G. Sappleton for 2 years, then by Pastor Charlton Patterson for 10 years until l left to Pastor in Hammersmith.
I have served the London and South District in all the offices of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland. I am currently pastoring three churches and have two daughter works. Apart from the UK, I’ve had the privilege to preach the gospel in the following nations: USA, France, Austria, Sweden, Spain, UAE, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Jamaica, St Vincent, Malaysia and Philippines.
I believe that we must preach the gospel with passion, and sow our lives into others as we seek to reproduce our ministries in them for personal growth, kingdom advancement and expansion.

Our History
Bethel Christian Ministries traces its origins to the 1970s when Reverend Charles Price, an American Evangelist, initiated it. The inaugural gathering took place at St Saviour’s Hall on Cobbold Road in Shepherd’s Bush, London, with Reverend Campbell and his wife in attendance alongside Rev Price.
Reverend Price diligently spread the message of the gospel across West London, later partnering with Reverend James Dallas, the late General Superintendent of UPCGBI, to further the ministry.
Witnessing a remarkable response to the preaching, numerous individuals were baptised and received the Holy Spirit. As the congregation expanded rapidly, the church outgrew its initial meeting space, prompting the pursuit of using the main church premises.
Through God's abundant blessings and grace, the church has thrived, and recently relocated to a temporary facility to accommodate our continuous growth. We thank the Lord for his hand upon the church and for all he has invested in the saints.
